About
I'm one of the people behind Walkover Web Solutions, an Indore-based SaaS company that has been building products since 2010. Our best-known product is MSG91, a communications platform that businesses use to reach their customers over SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, voice, email and OTP verification. I also work on Giddh, our cloud accounting and invoicing software.
My role doesn't fit neatly into one box. On a given week I might be reviewing the architecture of a self-hosted speech model, redesigning a settings screen, negotiating with a vendor, working through a compliance question, or writing a difficult message to someone on the team. I enjoy that range — the most interesting problems in a company rarely respect the boundaries between departments.
I care a lot about building things that last: software that doesn't trap us with a vendor, infrastructure we understand and control, and a team that knows clearly what is expected of it. This site is where I write down what I'm learning along the way.

New markets, pricing, partnerships, and how the company thinks about its next stage of growth.
People
Team structure, levels and growth paths, feedback, and the communication that holds a company together.
Legal & compliance
Working through the regulatory and compliance side of running communications and finance software in India and abroad.
Products I work on
What I'm focused on now
- Voice AI for Indian languages. Self-hosted, multilingual speech recognition and language detection for real-time calls and support conversations.
- Developer experience. Making MSG91 easier to integrate — clean API specifications and a command-line tool for developers.
- Trust in documents. Bringing digital signatures with standard USB signing tokens directly into the invoicing flow in Giddh.
- Going global. Taking MSG91 to new markets, and learning what it really takes to be ready for them.
How I like to work
Latest writing
- Stop Asking for 20% More. Think in Multiples.
Percentage targets quietly lock you into the system you already have. Asking "what would 3x look like?" forces you to question the system itself — and that is where real growth hides.
- Self-Hosting AI Taught Me That Architecture Beats Model Choice
We compared a lot of speech models for Indian languages. The biggest wins came from how we fed audio to the model, not which model we picked.
- The Library Is Free. The Risk Isn't.
How I now choose open-source dependencies for anything we plan to run for years — license, ownership, and the cost of leaving, before features.
Outside work
I like to travel, try to stay fit, and enjoy a well-made cocktail. I live in Indore, a city I think is underrated as a place to build software companies.
